Meet and Greets

Worried about you and your fur-family not getting along with our sitters? When you provide us with the dates and services you would like you are on your way to booking a meet and greet! We actually require them before new clients book with us to ensure that we are a good fit for you and your fur-family!

A meet and greet covers things like normal daily routines, feeding routines, outside time, who their veterinarian is in case of an emergency, and medications that the pet may require and when. It also allows you as a pawrent to ensure that you and your fur-family get along with your sitter, and it allows you to put a face to the name and feel confident in who is caring for your fur-babies.

The sitter that has your requested dates/times available will be the one with whom you meet, making sure you know exactly who will be caring for your pets!

While we understand that emergencies do happen, and short term notice may be necessary, we do require a meet and greet. This way everyone involved can meet and understand the expectations that they have for each other. This also ensures that the pups and the sitter get along, and no matter how friendly your doggo is, the sitter and the dog may not get along, and we do not want anyone in a potentially harmful situation.

*Certain dogs/services (such as: aquatics care) may not require one specific sitter, therefore notes will be added to your profile. Dogs with stranger aggression/anxiety will have their preferred sitter, but another may accompany preferred sitter to have a neutral meet conducted if necessary. This will be as limited as possible, and owner WILL be notified before this happens, as well as the outcome of the meeting.
